  • Advances and credits
    Included within Creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year are loans totalling £2,008,380 (2020: £2,953,821) advanced by J A Sheth. The loans are subject to an interest rate of 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

    During the year J A Sheth offered a personal guarantee in favour of Bank of London and The Middle East Plc in respect of a financing facility granted to Lancaster Gate Cyprus Holdings Limited, an undertaking in which the entity has a participating interest. The amount guaranteed is £3,660,000.
