    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

    Turnover policy

    Operating income arises wholly within the United Kingdom. The company does not have any employees hence there are no salary costs. The interest earned is from a UK bank account. The taxation on profit is UK corporation tax at 20%.
