The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group. |

Depreciation on freehold properties were incorrectly calculated in the previous years. This has been corrected in the current year and hence the depreciation charge in the financial statements is high in comparison to previous year |
