Included within creditors is £537,936 owed by way of mortgages secured on the relevant individual property by way of a fixed charge.
Also included within creditors is a loan of £253528 from Global Resiliance Services Ltd, a company under the control of the Directors Mr & Mrs Watson. This loan has no fixed repayment terms and is charged to interest at 2.5%, reducing to 2.25% from 6 April 2020. The Company has given assurance that repayment will not be requested within 12 months of the date of signing of these accounts and that will continue to give ongoing support to the company. |
