Included within creditors is £537,936 owed by way of mortgages secured on the relevant individual property by way of a fixed charge.

Also included within creditors is a loan of £253528 from Global Resiliance Services Ltd, a company under the control of the Directors Mr & Mrs Watson. This loan has no fixed repayment terms and is charged to interest at 2.5%, reducing to 2.25% from 6 April 2020. The Company has given assurance that repayment will not be requested within 12 months of the date of signing of these accounts and that will continue to give ongoing support to the company.
The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is Unit 29 Arkwright Road, Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 1NU.
The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
