Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

These financial statements are presented in Sterling (£), which is the company's functional currency.

The company continued to be affected by the impact of COVID-19 during the year. The business has received support via Government schemes and the directors continue to mitigate against the ongoing effects.
