In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Salisbury Gas Shop Limited for the year ended 31 March 2022 as set out on pages 3 to 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Parent Company

At the Balance Sheet date , the company was a subsidiary of SGS Group Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the year, was 4 (2021 - 3).

For the financial year ending 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
