1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Income and expenditure
During the year under review and the preceding financial period the company received no income and incurred no expenditure, and therefore made neither profit nor loss. Certain items of expenditure in connection with the incorporation and maintenance of the company were paid on its behalf by another group company, who the director believes will not seek reimbursement thereof.
