For the year ending 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
All of the company's members have consented to the preparation of an Abridged Profit and Loss Account and an Abridged Balance Sheet for the year end 31 March 2022 in accordance with section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

Accounting Policies
1.1.
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
1.2.
Turnover
Revenue is recognised in respect of property management services provided by the Company and is recognised in the calendar month to which it relates.
1.3.
Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:

Related Party Transactions
The Company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard 102 from the requirement to disclose transactions with group companies on the grounds that any subsidiary which is the party to the transaction is wholly owned by such a member.
As at the reporting date, the following balances were outstanding;
Pirin Ltd current creditor account balance of £275,977 (2021:£240,776)
Fredereck Sage Co Limited current creditor account balance of £66,304 (2021: £48,955)
Pirin Development (Greenyard) Limited current creditor account balance of £788 (2021: debtor,£2,808)
Pirin Development (BS) Limited current debtor account balance of £43,631 (2021: £43,631)
Soffi Limited, Polmont Limited and the Pirin Executive Pension Scheme are companies in which all of the Directors have a beneficial interest but in which no individual Director has control.
During the year the Company charged management fees of £83,475 (2021: £83,475) to Polmont Limited, Soffi Limited and Pirin Executive Pension Scheme. At the year end £35,794 (2021: £43,273) was due to Polmont Limited, £9,324 was due to Solfi Limited (2021: £25,604) and £20,711 (2021: £24,964) was due to Pirin Executive Pension Scheme.
The Company manages a property owned by the Company Secretary. At the year end there was an amount due by the Company to the the Company Secretary of £35,794 (2021: £37,913). The balance due ls interest free and repayable on demand.
