1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 3 (2021: 3 ).

For the period ending 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
