During the year, further advances of £58,400 were made in respect of a director's loan advanced by the company to its director in the previous year. Added to the balance brought forward of £17,874, this left a total balance outstanding of £76,274, to which interest of £313, calculated at a rate of 2.25% has been added. This balance was repaid in full to the company in April 2021.

Subsequently, in November 2021, a further loan was advanced to the company's director amounting to £112,700, and advances made under this facility amounted to £112,700 by 31 December 2021 Interest is charged on this balance at the rate of 2%, and this amounted to £158 in the year. At 31 December 2021, the balance due to the company under this arrangement amounted to £112,858.

For the year ended 31 December 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
