The average number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 1 (2019 - 1).

During the year consultancy fees of £32,660 (2019 - £45,125) were paid to the director.

Included within current assets is £3,167 (2019 - £66 included within current liabilities) due from the director. This loan bears no interest and has no fixed repayment terms.

At the date on which the financial statements were approved, the financial implications arising from the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, which has affected the UK, remain uncertain. The director is reviewing forecasts for an anticipated change in the company’s operational activities in the short term. The director is of the opinion that the company remains a going concern.

These accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis, on the understanding that the director will continue to provide financial support to the company during this uncertain period.

Clear Advice (Scotland) Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Scotland. The registered office is Pentagon Business Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ.

For the year ended 31 October 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
