1. PARENT COMPANY

The immediate and ultimate parent company is Treffgarne Properties Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales. Its registered office is 21 Nevill Street, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 5AA.

2. EMPLOYEE NUMBERS

The average number of employees during the year, including directors, was 1 (2020: 1)

3. CONSOLIDATION

The parent company and its subsidiary undertakings comprise a small group. The company has therefore taken advantage of the exemption provided by s398 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare group accounts.

For the year ending 30 June 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
