All companies are registered in England and Wales except for Red Tie Inc. (USA) and Red Tie Australia Pty Limited (Australia).

Full Metal Software Limited and Create A Gift Limited were dormant throughout the period. All other companies are engaged in the provision of Web 2 Print services.

The Company also owns 100% of the issued preference shares in Red Tie Limited.
