1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2020: Nil).
2. Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
3. Company information
The company is registered in England and Wales and its registered number is 06520284 . The company is a private company limited by shares. Its registered office is at 25 Main Street, Staveley, Kendal, Cumbria, LA8 9LU.
For the year ending 31 March 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
