1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
HRinPractice Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. |
2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 (FRS 102 1A) "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. Unless indicated otherwise in the accounting policies below, the financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |
The company considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as the company has the ongoing financial support of the directors. In order to maintain the going concern basis of these financial statements, the directors have confirmed that they will continue to provide financial support for the next year, ensuring that all third party liabilities are met as they fall due. |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding value added tax for the provision of services. |
Taxation |
Current tax is the amount of corporation tax payable in respect of taxable profit for the year or prior years. Tax is calculated on the basis of tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end. |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date where transactions or events that result in an obligation to pay more tax in the future or a right to pay less tax in the future have occurred at the balance sheet date. Timing differences are differences between the company's taxable profits and its results as stated in the financial statements. |
Deferred tax is measured at the average tax rates that are expected to apply in the periods in which timing differences are expected to reverse, based on tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantially enacted by the balance sheet date. Deferred tax is measured on a non-discounted basis. |
Financial instruments |
Financial instruments are classified by directors as basic or non-basic following the conditions in Section 11 and Section 12 of FRS 102. Basic financial instruments are measured at amortised cost. The company has basic financial instruments only. |
