During the preparation of the company's financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021, it was identified that some transactions were missing from the 2020 financial statements. Balances have therefore been restated in the current year comparatives, with the following effect: fixed assets have increased by £3,391, current assets have increased by £14,716, creditors within one year have increased by £1,807 and capital and reserves have increased by £16,300.

Electragolf Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Austral House, Crowhurst Road, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6DA.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the presentational currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

For the year ended 30 June 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
