    Accounting Policies
    The Company owns the freehold reversion of Jeanette Court, 49 Chaucer Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 2QW. Its interest is subject to the 125 year lease's issue to the owners of the five flats during 2004 following construction of the block. The Directors consider it is unnecessary to obtain a current valuation of company's property asset and so no figure is included on the balance sheet.
