For the year ending 31 December 2020 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
With effect from 8 December 2020, the name of the company was changed from Costa Solar 034 Limited to Three Maids Renewable Energy Limited.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The company is exempt by virtue of s400 of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirement to prepare group financial statements. These financial statements present information about the company as an individual undertaking and not about its group.
The company's parent company, ME Developments III Limited, registered at 15 Diddenham Court, Lambwood Hill, Grazeley, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 1JQ, includes the company in its consolidated financial statements.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Transactions with related parties
The company has taken advantage of the exemption included with 1AC.35 of FRS 102 not to disclose transactions entered into between two or more members of a group, provided that any subsidiary that is a party to the transaction is wholly owned by such a member.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ME Developments III Limited, a limited company registered at 15 Diddenham Court, Lambwood Hill, Grazeley, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 1JQ, under registration number 13182236.
