| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| As at 31 March 2014 the company has net current liabilities of £302,925 (2013: £184,798). The directors have |
| considered this when reviewing the cashflows of the company for the foreseeable future and in their opinion it is |
| correct to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
