Included in debtors is an amount payable to the company by its directors as at 30/06/2011. The amount is an advance of £32,541 made by the company to NielHorsman, a director of the company. The following conditions are attached to the amount payable by Neil Horsman: i) There is no interest due to be paid on any outstanding amount ii) No fixed date has been set for the amount to be repaid to the company.
The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is First Floor Telecom House, 125-135 Preston Road, Brighton, England, BN1 6AF.
The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
