  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Revenue is recognised to the extent that it is probable that the economic benefits will flow to the Company and the revenue can be reliably measured. Revenue is measured as the fair value of the consideration received or receivable , excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Fixed asset investments are shown at their cost to the company, including all costs of acquisition, less any provision for impairment.

    Other accounting policies

    Foreign Currencies:Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into Sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into Sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of the transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result.

3. Fixed assets investments note

As a result, the cost of the investment increased by GBP 29,735.
