| At the begining of the year there was a loan to director of £255,931. During the year £90,034 (2019: £349,780) was advanced to the director and 261,333 (2019: £93,849) was repaid. At the year end the balance with the director was £84,632 (2019: £255,931). The loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. |
At the year end the company had total commitments under non-cancllable operating leases of £432,000.
Included in current assets is an amount due after more than one year of £4,500 (2019: £4,500) comprising of a deposit to the landlord. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

| The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
