  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced work performed excluding value added tax.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the the appropriate annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Goodwill is reviewed annually but with a view to a full write off within 10 years.
