The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st March 2022.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the administration of variable service charges as agents of the statutory trust for the residents of Coronation Court, 230-300 (evens) Coronation Avenue, East Tilbury.

Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

The managing agents have determined that the company is acting as principal in contracts with suppliers of goods and services to the property.

Lessees can obtain detailed financial information concerning the service charges in the separately prepared service charge accounts available from Arrow Leasehold Management.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2021 - NIL).

Service Charge Funds are held in accounts at Barclays Bank. At the balance sheet date, balances reflected in the service charge accounts were:
