1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the period amounted to 1 .
2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees
At the year end the company owed the director £2,666. The loan is interest free and payable on demand.
For the period ending 31 May 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
