In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of

For The Year Ended 28 February 2022 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given to us.
As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.icaew.com/en/membership/regulations-standards-and-guidance.

Accounting Policies
1.1.
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The companies accounts are presented in £ Sterling and are rounded to the nearest pound.
1.2.
Going Concern Disclosure
The company is noted to have net liabilities. The directors have reviewed the forecasts for the following year and believe that the company will be able to meet all of its financial commitments and therefore deem the company to continue to be a going concern.
1.3.
Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Revenue relates to monthly membership to a subscription service by customers and is recognised in line with the enjoyment of that subscription to the nearest full month.
1.4.
Intangible Fixed Assets and Amortisation - Other Intangible
Other intangible assets relate to a Trademark purchased by the company. It is amortised to the profit and loss account over its estimated economic life of 10 years.
1.5.
Investments
Investments related to an investment held in an associate company and were held at cost. The investments were disposed of during the year. The profit on disposal has been realised in the profit and loss account accordingly.

Secured Creditors

Deferred Taxation
Taxable losses of £102,658 have been carried forward to set against future profits. No deferred tax asset has been recognised in relation to this as there is no guarantee that future profits will arise.

Related Party Transactions
A balance of £36,555 (2021: ££41,073) was owed at the year end to entities who control the company. This is repayable on demand and no interest is charged on this balance.
A balance of £18,551 (2021: £17,636) was owed from a company which is under the same benefical ownership as this company. This is repayable on demand and no interest is charged on this balance.
A balance of £nil (2021: £200) was owed to an entity benefically owned by this entity.
Sales of £nil (2021: £1,665) were made to an entity beneficially owned by this entity.
