At the beginning of the year the director,
Mrs K Jackson
, owed the company £19,968. This loan was repaid in full on 30th April 2021. The directors borrowed funds from the company between November 2021 and February 2022 and owed the company £41,733 at 28th February 2022. The directors fully repaid the loan in April 2022. Interest was charged at the official rate of 2.5% in March 2021 and 2% from May 2021 to February 2022.
