Included within other current liabilities are loans from the directors of £37,470 and a loan of £2,500,113 due to a related company who has a shareholding in this company. These loans are interest free and repayable upon demand.

Included within current assets is a loan of £2,500,000 due from the majority shareholder of this company. This loan is interest free and repayable on demand.

The directors have expressed their willingness to continue their financial support of the company, and for this reason the going concern basis is considered appropriate for the preparation of the financial statements for the period to 30 November 2021.

For the period ended 30 November 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
