Secured borrowings
The borrowings of JWP Property Ltd have been secured by way of a fixed charge and debenture over the assets of JWP Property Ltd in favour of Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ.). At 31 March 2022 the secured borrowings totalled £364,899.
