1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
The company holds 1,400 (2014: 1,400) shares in the ultimate parent company, Liberty SIPP Limited which it acquired at £0 cost.

Liberty SIPP Limited owns 100% of the company's ordinary share capital and with it control of the company.
