During the year P Brownsmith had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £14,962 (2021 : £8,471 ) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £18,180.

To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 October 2022 the company would be required to pay 32.5% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.
