The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 28 February 2022

Principal Activities

BBRC Ltd is an otherwise than for profit company that operates a rowing club for the benefit of its members. The club owns and maintains a rowing boat on the River Thames and offers training three times a week from a mooring in Richmond, Surrey.

Political and charitable donations

One of the objects of the company is to facilitate endurance rowing events that allow crew members to fundraise for selected local charities through individual sponsorships. The company does not make any political or charitable donations.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

The club encourages applications from adult members of all ages and abilities and our membership includes people living with living with sensory and mobility limitations. However, the club has no employees.
