For the year ending 31 March 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
During the year, the company loaned £280 to R G H Wallace, a director of the company. The loan was repaid in May 2022. At the start of the year, the company had an outstanding loan of £76 to J A Wallace, a director of the company, and it loaned her an additional £102 during the year. £15 was repaid in April 2021, £76 was repaid in May 2021, £47 was repaid in August 2021 and the remaining £40 was repaid in September 2021. At the start of the year, the company had outstanding loans of £1,000 to S A H Wallace and £1,000 to A G H Wallace, both of whom are directors of the company. The loans were repaid in April 2021. All the loans to directors were for personal expenditure, and were interest free.
