During the current and previous year, Jackets (Caterers) Limited owned 50% of the share capital of Shepherd Systems Limited. At 31 October 2014 the aggregate capital and reserves of Shepherd Systems Limited were £65,481 (2013: £58,772) and the profit after tax at that date was £27,709 (2013: £27,079). The company is registered in England and Wales and its principal activities were the provision of accommodation on barges.
