1Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company has adopted the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 5 Appendix G with respect to the recognition of turnover. The directors consider the company is acting as agent on behalf of the residents of Waterside Manor.
Other accounting policies
The company owns the communal area at Hartop Close, Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire LU7 9FR for which nominal consideration has been paid.
