The company was set up to provide cargo bikes to Nottingham residents and businesses to reduce private car and van use.The bikes are available on a pay what you can basis to make them available to people on a range of incomes.One local business stopped all motor vehicle use from use of the cargobikes.Most of the users went on to buy their own cargobike reducing their car use after using the companies' bikes.
Stakeholders are local residents and businesses who were surveyed to access the need and potential impact of the bikes.The survey identified the most useful type of bike was to stop short journeys that usually require a car - such as a supermarket shopping trip.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
