1. Accounting policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis under the assumption that the company will continue to receive financial support from its two directors. Turnover policy
Turnover represents the value of all services sold during the period, less returns received at selling price exclusive of Vallue Added Tax. Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives Land and Buildings 0% straight line Developments to property 2% straight line Plant and machinery 25% straight line

9. Related party disclosures
During the current period the Company has been under the control of the two directors, Mr D. Komaroni and Mr N. J. Plant. The directors are of the opinion that no one party has ultimate control as each director owns 50% of the issued share capital The two directors maintained loan accounts with the company during the period under review. The loan account is free of interest and is repayable upon demand. At the balance sheet date the company owed the two directors the following amounts: Mr D. Komaroni £253,343; Mr N. Plant £255,343. Mr N. Plant was paid the total sum of £612 for subcontract work during the period.
