    At the balance sheet date, an amount of £15,050 (2013 £20,950) was due to the director Maria Smith. The maximum outstanding during the year was £35,550 (2013 £41,550). During the period, interest of £161 (2013 - nil) was charged by the company at a rate ot 1% when the account was overdrawn.

For the year ending 31 March 2015 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
