The company also had an outstanding loan with K Galloway's husband, J Ogilvie. Advances amounted to £3,200 and credits amounted to £3,300. Interest of £11 was charged on the loan. At the year end the company owed J Ogilvie £89.
Director's confirmations
The director considers that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
