    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical costs convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities ( effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    This represents goods sold and services provided net of value added tax, all within the United Kingdom.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided, after taking account of the grants receivable, at the following rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life, Plant and machinery 25% per annum on a written down basis.
