  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost basis of accounting and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2008).

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Intangible Fixed Assets represent the Company's Investment in Subsidiary Companies. These have been been included at their historical cost which also represents the nominal value value of the Issued Share Capital of the companies concerned. In the opinion of the Director these investments would realise at least the stated balance sheet value
