Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 2 (2021: 2 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

During the year the directors, have maintained a current account with the company. The total balance on the loan account at the start of the year was £9,262 (2021: £7,593). The total balance at the end of the year was £5,509 (2021: £9,262). No individually material advances were made in the year or in the previous year. Total advances were £18,247 (2021: £27,430). A material repayment was made in the year of £22,000 on 31/03/2022 (2021: £25,650 on 31/03/2021. All other repayments totalled £nil (2021: £111). The advances were on an interest free basis.

3. Other financial commitments

At 30 June 2022, the company had total commitments under non-cancellable operating leases over the remaining life of those leases of £nil (2021 - £3,514).

4. Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity.

Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.

For the year ending 30 June 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
