| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year, the company made loans to a director of £53,746 (2021 - £75,252). As at 28 February 2022, the company was owed £252,243 (2021 - £198,497) by the sole director. The loan has a 2.5% interest rate and is repayable on demand. |
| During the year, the company paid consultancy fees totalling £63,660 (2021 - £94,185) to P J Allen, who is a shareholder to the company. |
