    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost basis of accounting and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2008).

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible Fixed assets are depreciated on a reducing balance basis over the estimated useful life of the assets. The rates of depreciation used by the Company are :- Equipment 25% reducing balance Leasehold Property 33% straight line
