For the year ending 29 November 2021 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. -
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. -
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. -
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
The directors maintain a loan account with the company. At the beginning of the year the directors were owed £60 by the company. During the year there were advances to the directors of £116,860 (2020: £159,408) and repayments of £118,031 (2020: £158,680). During the year there was interest charged of £366 and no amounts were written off. At the year end date the directors were owed £865 by the company. The maximum outstanding balance during the year was £45,294.
