| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| During the year East Midlands Flowscreed Limited, a company under the common control of T Donovan, made purchases totalling £8,773 (2021: £Nil) on behalf of Lowe Construct & Build Limited for various items. Lowe Construct & Build Limited also made purchases of £3,920 (2021: £6,578) on behalf of East Midlands Flowscreed Limited for rental of equipment. At the year end £998 (2021: £943) was due from East Midlands Flowscreed Limited. |
