1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The company continues to trade profitability and is expected to keep generating positive cash flows for the |
foreseeable future. The director therefore has adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the |
financial statements. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
