At the year end date, the company was owed £1,100 (2020: £100) by a director. This loan has no interest charged and is repayable on demand.

During the Covid-19 pandemic the company has had periods of incapacitation due to lockdown rules which have affected performance, and although grants were available these have not covered the costs to the full extent.

In addition to this the company made a loan to a sister company, which has unfortunately not survived the pandemic, and this loan of £21,600 has been written off in these accounts.

With the benefit of government support packages to help the hospitality industry, and adapting the business to meet customers changing needs, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company is able to remain operational. The company therefore continues to adopt a going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. No adjustments have been made to any figures in the accounts as a result of the pandemic.

Marty McFry's Part II Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is C/O Abacusbean Limited, Level Q Offices, Surtees Business Park, Stockton On Tees, TS18 3HR.

For the year ended 31 October 2021 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
