| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. As the company is technically insolvent, |
| on going trading continues due to the support of the directors. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
