  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents income charged to customers at invoiced amounts less value added tax. All income derived is from the UK.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost or valuation, net of depreciation and any provision for impairment. Depreciation is provided on all tangible assets at rates calculated to write-off the costs or valuation of each asset on a straight-line basis over its expected useful life, as follows: Plant and Machinery - 4 years.
